Faqs Questions and answers to some of the more common things we hear. Q: What kind of clothing do you use ? A: We use Gildan 50/50 shirts and heavyweight sweats. Q: Why do you use this brand ? A: We use Gildan because they are very comfortable, durable and warm. Q: Do you heat press your designs ? A: We heat press very little. Mostly softball and baseball shirts. However, we only heat press the names and numbers. We don't use vinyl letters or numbers as they don't last. What we heat press is made with screen printing ink. Q: When can I expect to recieve my order ? A: You can expect to recieve your order in 7-10 business days. Q: Why 7-10 business days ? A: We are primarily a "custom" shop so we keep very limited stock on hand. Q: Do you offer any other types of shipping ? A: Not at the present time. We use USPS Priority Mail as their rates are low. We don't feel you should have to pay large shipping prices. This does not mean that we won't offer any other type in the future. Q: Do you have handling charges ? A: No. We don't feel the need to do that. Q: What kind of chemicals do you use ? A: The chemicals we use are mostly citrus based and are environmentally friendly. Q: What kind of ink do you use ?
